About the Transportation Department

Dear Bus Rider Families,

As we begin to close out the school year, Shared Services Tuolumne County is already preparing for the next school year. We strive to provide the best transportation possible for our students and we want to make sure that the families of bus riders are set when we return to school in the fall.

Therefore we have set up registration for route rosters that will be available starting Monday June 8th to sign new students up for the 2026-2027 school year.

All eligible, currently registered students will remain on rosters for next year unless you are moving within your current School District, moving to a new school where Shared Services provides transportation, or you have a change in your alternate bus stop location request you will not have to reregister you student. Eligible bus riders will be assigned a stop closest to their registered address. Alternate bus stop requests are not guaranteed and approved only if there is room on a bus currently passing by.

A couple of reminders about registration:

  • Registration is required for incoming Kindergarteners/T-K
  • Registration is required for incoming freshmen and new students at SUHSD
  • Bus routes will be posted for the fall on August 3rd 2026
  •  No changes will be made to bus routes until the 3rd week of the 26-27 school year.
  • If your student  does not have any changes to your stop you do not need to re-register them for the 26-27 school year.

Please use this link to register for transportation services.
